Customer Loyalty Financial Brand Analysis – Regional


Member Loyalty Group recently completed a large-scale consumer study for competitive financial brands. This report provides a more in-depth analysis of individual performance for top brands across 12 individual regions in the US. Metrics include brand share, satisfaction, loyalty, customer churn, reasons for choosing a brand, and recent brand switching. In addition, four key areas of brand loyalty were measured: value, service, products, and ease.
