2023 Customer Loyalty Financial Brand Analysis

 

Member Loyalty Group recently completed a large-scale consumer study of competitive financial brands. The report provides an analysis of brand performance for metrics including brand share, satisfaction, loyalty, customer churn, reasons for choosing a brand, and brand switching. In addition, four key areas of brand loyalty were measured: Value, service, products, and ease.

A Resource for the Credit Union Community

This study was conducted to help alleviate the time and resources it would take for Credit Unions to do their own research. The goal is to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of credit union competitors, opportunities for brand switching and other consumer behaviors that drive brand loyalty.
