Real-time, actionable reporting - it’s time for action!
When a member indicates that they are unhappy by giving a detractor score or indicates that they would like to be contacted about their feedback, an alert is sent to the appropriate staff people within the credit union so they can make immediate contact with the member. Often this is the branch manager or another member facing employee. Reports do not get hung up with the management team or slowed down through old-fashioned delivery methods.
