It’s Time for Action
When a member gives a detractor score (0 – 6 on the scale, indicating that they are not likely to recommend the credit union) or marks that he or she wants to be contacted about their feedback, an alert can be sent to whoever can make the most impact. Maybe it’s your COO. Or maybe it’s the branch manager. Whoever it is, they will have the chance to make immediate contact with the member.
