Denise is an amazing and passionate speaker…the first time I met her she convinced me (less than two minutes into her presentation) that the worst thing we could do for our credit union was change our name. At that time, our marketing department at the credit union (of which I was a part) had spent several years trying to convince the board that we absolutely HAD to change our name, so members would know they could join. Denise saved us from making the worst mistake ever.
When used to its full potential, NPS can do amazing things!
